TNA Receives New
Challenge Gift of $100,000 to Support Programs and Services
|

Help us expand our reach to
those who still suffer from facial pain!
|
Good news! TNA has a new
challenge gift to help us serve our patients and their families! To
receive this gift, TNA must raise $100,000 in matching gifts from
new or previous donors.
A very generous TN patient
recognized the importance of TNA obtaining new and increased funds
from individual donors. His gift of $100,000 will allow TNA to
match gifts made by qualified donors before December 31, 2004. The terms of this challenge
gift are simple.
|
|
¨ A
gift of up to $5,000 from each first time donor will be matched dollar
for dollar.
¨ A
gift from any donor who has not made a gift to TNA during the past two
years will also be matched 100% up to the same level of $5,000.
¨ Each
donor who has made a gift to TNA will have his or her gift matched
dollar for dollar to the extent that the new gift is increased over
the previous gift made. This gift is also eligible to a match of up to
$5,000.
For example, a $100 gift made to
TNA by a first time donor will be matched with an additional gift of
$100 from our special donor for a total gift of $200!
|
|
This challenge is important
because over
two-thirds of TNA’s financial support comes from
individual donors. Grants from
corporations and foundations cannot be depended on each year.
TNA
programs and services simply cannot be accomplished
without the support of our patients and others who believe strongly in
our mission!

Make a gift today on our secure
site! Gifts of $250 or more
will automatically qualify the donor to receive a complimentary copy of Working in A Very Small Place: The Making of a Neurosurgeon.
Author Mark Shelton brings to life the work of Dr.
Peter Jannetta, famed neurosurgeon and Chair of TNA’s Medical Advisory
Board. Written like a novel, it will give you an inside view of
what it's like to have an MVD (microvascular decompression), the
surgery that Dr. Jannetta developed to treat TN.
Our patients,
family members and health care professionals tell us that TNA delivers
valuable, effective services but they’d like us to do more. Your
gift to TNA will make the difference in meeting this remarkable
challenge!
